Check in and check out times

Our standard check in and check out times are as follows:
  • Check in: from 14:00
  • Check out: till 12:00
  • Earlier check in or late check out is possible depending on availability and need to be agreed before arrival.
Prices

Prices you see on our web page are total, include:
  • taxes,
  • utilities cost,
  • bed linen,
  • towels,
  • final cleaning,
  • in case of longer reservations weekly cleaning.
Deposit
  • To confirm reservation we require 15% prepayment form total value of reservation.
Cancellation policy
  • The prepayment is not refundable, but in case of reservation cancellation can be used for any future reservation in the same apartment on condition that reservation was canceled at least 10 days prior to arrival time.
    In case the apartment is not available Old City Apartments can offer another apartments.
    The value of prepayment used for new reservation can not exceed 15% of new reservation total value.
Reservation change
  • In case of reservation dates change or utilizing prepayment for new reservation we charge fee 40 PLN.
